On to something new…within IBM

A few weeks ago it was announced within IBM that I will be taking on the role of Lotus Technical Sales Manager for Canada.  The initial shock of being accepted to the position has worn off and been replaced by a whole new type of shock…the shock of learning the inner workings of IBM from [...]

The amazing Thinkpad bio-feedback device

My laptop knows me all too well.   I swipe my finger to authenticate and it actually can actually describe me!
Attempt 1:  “Too short”
Attempt 2:  “Too fast”
Attempt 3: “Joint detected” (ok…so even my laptop makes mistakes)

4:30 am: get up…shower…mumble something unintelligible to wife.
5:00 am: Get in car for airport…no time for coffee.  [...]

Not good.
You can argue [...]

When you run out of things to say…

A friend of mine started a blog a couple of years ago.  It was an active blog full of interesting insights and generated some intriguing discussion.
Then, suddenly, there were no more updates. *gasp*
At the time, I was just about to start blogging myself so I asked him why he stopped.

“I ran out of things to [...]
